Nowadays, a distinction can be made between around a hundred rheumatic conditions and the most common are: osteoarthritis, arthrosis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, systematic lupus, gout, fibromyalgia, Bechterew's disease, infective arthritis, scleroderma and spondyloarthropathy.
